I brought my mother's car here for a new tire and a wheel bearing. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with a shop. The manager initially argued that the wheel bearing could not be replaced separately and that I had to purchase an entire assembly. I agreed. When the parts arrived, I watched the technician remove the old assembly and dust shield and literally throw them across the yard. Then the new parts didn't fit. They ordered parts again, and what showed up the second time? A wheel bearing, the same part I had originally been told couldn't be replaced by itself. They had the bearing pressed in and ended up reusing the dust shield that had previously been discarded. They asked if I could return the next day for another tire, and I agreed. When I drove away after the bearing repair, the car was immediately making an awful screeching noise and multiple brake/ABS-related warning lights were on. I turned around and brought it straight back. I was told the noise was the dust shield and was repeatedly assured, "I have to get you right," and that they would take care of it the following day. I’m from out of town to see my grandpa in hospice. I pulled in here because my tire wasn’t holding air. No questions asked they had a new tire on my car and I was ready to go in 20 minutes. Thank you guys. In highly recommend.

Spartanburg Tire & Brake truly know how to treat their customers. Mr. Shawn is a great young man who takes care of all who come through there. The staff there is knowledgeable and professional. The work is excellent and quick. I received a great deal on Rotors and Brake replacement. I would recommend Spartanburg Tire & Brake to anyone. I'm from Greenville and I work in Spartanburg, and the service and care I received is top shelf. If I have tire or brake needs I'll be traveling to Spartanburg Tire & Brake.
